Cancellation / No Show
We have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. If less than 24 hour notice is given 100% of the service fee will be charged. 100% service fee will be charged to no shows. We require a credit card on file to book.
Please do not bring children that need to be watched or supervised. This policy is for the safety of your children, our artists and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment.
No pets. For sanitary reasons we cannot allow furry babies.
Late arrivals
We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Illness or family emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
